Privacy Policy
PaseForge is a personal software and automation project operated by Slava Pasechnik. This policy covers this informational website and the personal Google Drive integration currently identified as “n8n gdrive tutorial”.
Data accessed and purpose
The current n8n workflow uses Google Drive authorization to search files and folders by name and display matching file or folder names and identifiers. Search queries and returned metadata are processed to carry out this function. OAuth permissions shown by Google may be broader than this workflow’s current operation; the actual permissions are listed on the Google consent screen. This policy does not authorize unrelated uses of those permissions.
Storage and retention
OAuth credentials and tokens are held by the operator’s local n8n installation. Search inputs and outputs may be retained in n8n execution history, its database and local backups, depending on the installation’s settings. They remain until execution history, credentials or backups are deleted under the operator’s control. Revoking Google access prevents further authorized requests but does not automatically remove previously stored execution data.
Sharing and Google API Limited Use
Google data is used to provide the described, user-directed workflow. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models. The current search workflow does not send Drive data to an external AI service.
PaseForge’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is not shared with unrelated third parties. Any future integration involving additional data access or external processing will require updated disclosures and appropriate authorization before it is enabled.
Website hosting
This static website has no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, contact forms or Google sign-in. Cloudflare delivers the public website and may process IP addresses and technical request information for delivery and security. Google Drive workflow data is processed separately by the local n8n instance, not by these static pages. Emailing the operator shares the contents of your message through the email providers involved.
Your controls and deletion
You can revoke access through Google Account third-party connections. For deletion of retained workflow data, contact the operator. The operator will remove relevant local execution records and credentials under their control and address any retained backup copies. Source files in Google Drive are unaffected by deletion of local search history.
Security and changes
Access to the n8n installation and stored credentials is restricted to the operator. No system can guarantee absolute security. This policy will be updated when the project’s data practices change; its effective date will be revised.
